KVK Barpeta has a well equipped laboratory where agricultural soil and water samples are tested. There are altogether 10 parameters that are analyzed viz. pH, EC, OC, N, P, K, S, Zn, B, Fe with the help of MRIDAPARIKSHAK mainly to issue Soil Health Card. For water samples pH and EC can be tested. Seed germination test can also done by following the protocol of ISTA ( BLOTTER METHOD).
